PICK UP/DELIVERY & RETURNS
Pick Up/Delivery Policy
At Kingdom Acres Farm we strive to ensure that our customers get the products that they order fresh and on time. Because of this, it is important that you pick up your order at the time and location agreed to. If you are unable to make it please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed pickups will be sold to customers on our waitlist to reduce product waste. We will do everything possible to ensure that your order is available at the next pickup date and time.

For deliveries, in stock products will ship within 2 business days of receipt of a completed order. All stated delivery times are in addition to this 2-day business day processing window.
Refund & Return Policy
When picking up your order we will ask you to inspect and confirm the satisfaction of your order. Refund requests will not be honored after the pickup of your order.​

All orders are inspected by two different inspectors prior to shipment to ensure the highest quality and accuracy. Because of this, we will only honor returns for the following reasons:

Orders received damaged. Damaged order must be returned.

​Orders not received within 3 business days of date promised (Except for carrier delays).

Orders not ready at time of pickup (Not likely to happen. Advanced notice will be given for any delays).
